兒童不會因為走進了學校大門就失去了人權——從我國兒童的生存困境談起

摘要：

本文以教育現場之實際案例闡述台灣兒童面對的各種生存處境，並從兒童權利公約及學生為教育主體之角度出發，提出當前訂立以學生為主體之《學生權利保障法》對兒童保護之重要性。

Children Do Not Lose Their Human Rights by Virtue of Passing through the School Gates──A Discussion of Children’s Survival in Taiwan

Abstract：

This article portrays many practical instances of difficulty in surviving that school children in Taiwan are faced with. The Convention on the Rights of the Child states that the student is the purpose of education. This article points out the urgency of enacting a law to uphold student rights.
