挫敗後，繼續往前--從性平教育相關公聽會的參與經驗談起

摘要：

《性別平等教育法》實施約七年後，於 2011 年起開始遭遇許多反對意見，最具體呈現的場域，乃教育部舉辦多次的公聽會上。反對性平教育者利用「家長」、「輔導人員」等身分包裝偏見與歧視，對教育機關、性別運動者及多元性別朋友造成身心壓迫，嚴重傷害了性別人權與基本人權。

Go forward after Frustration--My Experience of Participating in the Public Hearings for the Gender Equity Education Act

Abstract：

Since the Gender Equity Education Act was adopted seven years ago. From 2011 on, many negative comments on it have been made, in particular at public hearings held by the Ministry of Education. Those who are against gender equity education hide their prejudice and discrimination by an alleged stance in favor of parents and counseling assistants. This causes hassle for educational institutions, creates psychological abuse of pro-gender actors and transgender persons, and also infringes gender-related human rights.
