浮濫圈地之成因及其抵抗

摘要：
本文指出政府與資本家為解決國家財政與資本積累危機，以土地去管制化與自由化政策，引導資本流入土地部門進行土地投機，為近年台灣浮濫圈地之主因。同時呈現在土地投機風氣盛行下，反圈地行動者的困難處境與力量，以及反圈地運動所開展的多元實踐與論述。

Cause of Exceed Enclosure Movement in Taiwan and the Opposing Actions

Abstract：
This note argues that, through its policies of land de-regulation and liberalization, and to resolve crises arising in the financial sector and in the aggregation of capital, government officials and capitalists lend capital to the land sector for investment in land, which is the main cause of encroaching land enclosure in Taiwan. The note also describes the difficulties which anti-enclosure protests face and the multi-dimensional practice and discourse developed by activists.
