在本刊第二卷第四期中，加拿大英屬哥倫比亞大學William Black教授發表〈Canada: Disparities in Recognition of Different Rights〉一文中文版，另智利人權博物館館長Ricardo Brodsky先生發表〈The Museum of Memory and Human Rights of Santiago〉一文中文版。現這兩篇文章的英文版也在本站發表，特此公告。
