中國社會蓬勃發展，社會問題也層出不窮，一大批民間組織應運而生，特別是在愛滋病和健康領域。亞洲促進會以獨特的培訓模式和方法，探索如何向草根組織提供有效的支援。本文介紹在中國公民社會蓬勃發展的狀態下，亞洲促進會如何滿足草根組織的需求，成為其發展的助力，同時也提供我們的經驗和教訓。

Catalyst for Change—Helping Chinese Grassroots to Achieve Democracy and Governance

Abstract：
China’s rapid economic growth is accompanied by many social problems. As a result, China witnesses the rising of many civil society organizations in the last decades, especial in the field of HIV/AIDS and health. Asia Catalyst has been supporting the development of Chinese grassroots with its unique training model and methods. This article describes how Asia Catalyst works to meet the needs of grassroots in China, and our experiences and lesson learned.
