兒少被傾聽的權利在團體家庭之實踐與反思

摘要:

本研究主要探討兒少團體家庭中照顧工作者實踐兒少被傾聽權利的現況,以焦點團體方法收集 7 位兒少團體家庭照顧者之意見,研究發現五大元素,包括聲音、空間、聽眾、影響及參與。研究建議:1. 兒少被傾聽權利的實踐始於日常生活;2. 依兒童身心發展與能力施以不同策略;3. 保持彈性、傾聽兒少聲音與其同行;4. 運用多元方法,提升兒童參與程度;5. 工作者的自我覺察,及相信兒童有能力處理涉己事務。

Reflections on the Practice of the Child’s Right to Be Heard in a Group Home

Abstract:

This research purpose was to explore the practical experience of the child’s right to be heard in a group home. The data was collected by seven group home caregivers using focus groups. The study examined five elements of the right to be heard: voice, space, audience, influence and participation. Suggestions are made for future practice, including: (1) the practice of the right to be heard should begin in daily life; (2) develop different strategies based on children’s development and abilities; (3) flexibility, listing, and stand by the children; (4) use multiple methods to enhance children’s participation; (5) self-awareness, and children are able to handle matters related to themselves is to be believed.
