以兒少「表意權」檢視十二年國教「核心素養」之內涵

摘要:

《兒童權利公約》表意權的精神應該落實在兒童的各個學習層面。本文將 具有教育意涵的兒童表意權,用來審視《十二年國民基本教育課程綱要總綱》「核心素養」之內涵,以四個部分論述「核心素養」內涵的優點與不足,並作出相關的建議與結語。

Examining the Connotations of Core Competencies in the Curriculum Guidelines of the 12-Year Basic Education from the Perspective of the Right of the Child to Be Heard

Abstract:

There is no denying that the spirit of the right of the child to be heard in the Convention on the Rights of Child is supposed to be carried out in all aspects of children’s learning. This paper aims to examine the connotations of core competencies in the Curriculum Guidelines of the 12-Year Basic Education from the perspective of the right of the child to be heard, and to discuss both the merits and the deficiencies of such connotations. Related suggestions and conclusions are made at the end of the paper.
