反貧困運動—扭轉崩世代的危機

摘要：
青年貧窮日趨惡化，卻要承擔沉重的國債和扶養福利特優的上一代，「世代互助」恐淪為嚴重剝削的「世代衝突」。「青年貧困」與「世代不正義」將是未來十年運動的主軸。本文期待進步青年突破無力感，建立學習型、運動型的團隊，以理念和行動展開「改變台灣」的運動。

Anti-Poverty Movement: Turning Around the Crisis of the Burdened Generation

Abstract：
The youth is faced with higher unemployment rate and lower wages. However, they are burdened with social welfare spending for elders and rising government debts. Generation gap has widened, which exacerbates intergenerational conflicts. Expectedly, social movements over the next decade will have to address problems of youth poverty and intergenerational inequity. This paper calls for young people’s participation in social movements that will make Taiwan a more just society.
